Life @ Wipro Technologies

Though I joined Wipro I feel out of place here.... like i am not a direct employee of wipro nor i got my access Id and some times i feel what is this all, will i never have that security in job which i always wanted. all this was at the starting when i joined here first due to the circumstances.. but later on i began thinking that its all part of the game you play "Its important that whether you are playing or not putting your heart and soul and not whether you have won or lost" . because i am still in the game and there are pure chances of winning.

Now abt my team members.i am close to most of them the ones i have to refer to are.... Pavani - she always comes first u see - as a boss and more than that..she is my friend first.
The other members Sajna, Bindu, Subhashini, and Renga who are always fun loving and enjoying life at the moment.
Bindu is a little different from the regular people, She is a liltl practical and more commanding and with a positive attitude towards life. cool going..hmm
Sajna the eldest but still mingling in like the same age group as ours, I never felt she is above all.
i feel subhashini is feeling insecure or have some sort of inferiority in her.. no comments please.
Renga- cool guy, always joking and playing around with lot of sensitivity and a good analyzer. can be a very good friend to any body.

Abt the campus: Such a large place to go around , need to walk atleast 5 min to go to canteen.
if u have a look from my second floor it looks simply great with the greenary all around.
i cannot place any of the photos thats really bad to not have. I feel like sitting between those trees on the steps near tha amphi theatre and would feel like writing some good things I always wanted to write.
sitting on the bench beside the path towards building 6 and 7 is even more nice(I sat there only once and that too in the afternoon-thats a different case altogether).

Wow I will leave all this in somedays. I dont feel unhappy about this. Becoz anyways i dont belong here.

Books Change Attitude

The Human Psychology tends to change according to the time and environment. And the one who says that they never change also tend to change even more faster than you expect and this is a fact. I wonder at the way people put up an attitude such that they are the only one’s who have lot of problems and they are living with so many guts with all that mourning inside.I accept that Every person has their own individuality . But why are some people so irritating that even after complaining so much they never change their attitude? Most of the persons I met in Life until now think that, they think right always and it’s that the other person who is wrong. I find this attitude in almost every single person.
Some times it appears great that people are atleast trying to cover up their own small or big issues rather than broode over it. But at the same time they feel they are carrying all the worlds burden over them.

But I even contradict this as I also came across some people who are rather really great in every way as they handle all the situations so intellectually and solve it some way.

I think people should read the book called ‘The Present’ by Spencer Johnson.
It illustrates how people should handle life with out burdening themselves with all the unnecessary thoughts and actions.
One more book by the same author is ‘Who moved my cheese’. Its worth a reading and understanding.
